Review: This is modern Japanese cooking designed by Head Chef Daisuke with local Queensland flavours. It’s a fabulous dining experience.
This restaurant has been awarded a Queensland Good Food Guide Chef’s Hat every year since opening, and you can see why!! The food is wonderfully fresh with innovations and delightful surprises.
Apart from the superb food, there is an extensive premium Japanese sake, shochu, cocktail and wine menu.
There are five private dining rooms, a communal banquet dining area, traditional Japanese sunken tables and a sushi bar. You can sit at the bar and watch the chefs prepare your food.
The waiting staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
If you are in Brisbane or any of the other locations where there is Sake restaurant, I strongly recommend you go – you won’t be disappointed.
